Terms and Conditions in General
Note: These rules are subject to change at any time, please check back here often to see updates in rules. Thank you!
I ask that you DO NOT take my site graphics or use my site graphics for anything without permission from me first. All graphics on this site are copyright to me unless otherwise stated, in which case, they are copyright to their creator.
Included under this is: Site Graphics such as; splash graphics, header images, navigation images, etc.
You MAY NOT take my dolls and claim them as your own.
You are not allowed to frankendoll or take bits and pieces of my work to create your own work.
What is Frankendolling? See information on dolls and pixels HERE.
I also ask that you please DO NOT alter my work in any way, shape, or form unless you have been given specific and personal permission to do so. Breaking of this rule will not be appreciated or tolerated.
You MAY adopt my dolls so long as you post a credit link to my site directly below or near the doll. No credit pages please, the credit MUST BE near the doll.
Do NOT adopt the dolls that I cleary state are not adoptable. I have my reasons for them not being adoptable so please respect that.
Dolls with "Ask For Adoption!" under them mean, exactly that; email me, pm me, run across fifty states, or climb a mountain and sail the seven seas (I think you get the point). But please ask me first if you can adopt it. Thanks!
Unless I have made a doll specifically for you, I ask that you please don't use them in your avatars or signatures. This often causes a lot of unneeded or unwanted confusion.
You May NOT use my dolls or graphics to make layouts for your site. However, if you really want to, you can email me and we'll see.
You definately MAY NOT direct link my dolls/pixels. Please get your own hosting. There are a multitude of fairly good free hosts out there and I'm sure it won't hurt you to find one and, just to show how nice I am (lol!) a good image host is photobucket. There are also various great hosts that will host your site for free.
You MUST read and follow the rules for my bases, pixels, animations, and tutorials. You can find these in their respective locations on the site or below if you're up for some super hefty reading.
None of my work may be used in drag and drops. Unless I give you premission. This is not likely to happen if you are not a good friend of mine. I'm really sorry that it has to be this way but there has been so much drama in the dolling/pixel art community that I can't take a chance on much of anything.
You MAY NOT spam the comment areas, guestbook, or my mailbox with useless crap. I'm sorry if that sounds mean but I get enough nasty unnecessary emails (i.e. junkmail). I spend far too much time deleting spam and junkmail then I'd like and when I do this, I miss all the really important emails.
I'm sorry but speaking a different language from me is not an excuse for breaking the rules.
I know this sounds harsh but I don't understand a lot of foreign sites and I always try to abide by the rules. If can't understand then I just leave it alone, try to find out from the owner, or use a language translator online (Granted, most of them aren't very good but they give me a general idea of the rules). Please give me that courtesy as well. Thank you!
Please help me keep my site as drama free as possible.
To sum it all up just please use common courtesy and treat me and my site as you would like to be treated... Follow internet etiquette! >.<'
A big (Thank you, Mahalo, Salamat Po, Gracias) for reading/following the rules!

Terms and Conditions for Bases
Note: Okay, here are the rules, if you are going to use my bases, I ask that you please respect and follow all the rules below.
Please give me proper credit if you use my bases.
That means, don't claim that the bases are your own and please put a link to my site somewhere on your site. (I would prefer if you put it on the same page as the doll.)
I don't think anyone who doesn't make bases or doesn't create dolls or pixelart really knows how long it can take you or how much work it takes to create a base. Sometimes it takes me several attempts, hours, and days to make one base so I ask that you do not claim them as "your own creation."
I ask that you DO NOT resdistribute my bases.
Don't put them up on your site, don't email them to anyone... you know the drill.
If you absolutely must, email me first and ask and maybe we can work something out. Fair, no?
My bases may not be used in drag and drops/dollmakers unless you get my premission first. This is not likely to happen if I don't know you, however. But it is worth a shot. If you don't ask, you don't know.
Frankendolling of my bases will not be tolerated.
You may change the skin color and edit the faces but DO NOT take bits and pieces of my bases to make your own base. Just don't do it.
Do not use my bases to make money. By this, I mean real money, hard cash, pesos, dollars, however you want to call it.
You may however, use my bases to make fake forum money such as Enchantments or Fireflies.
If you are in the business of making layouts and dolls for real money and really want to use my bases... I guess just email me and we'll see if we can work something out.
If I know you (sibs, friends, and the fantastic gals over at OTV), or you've ASKED ME, you may beat up my bases as much as you like.
No matter how severly you alter any one of my bases, I ask that you still credit me.
I swear I don't bite, so feel free to email me if you want to make any changes to my bases.
If I do allow you to make changes to a base of mine, please don't offer your edited version on your site or anywhere else.
If you'd really like to share your edit with others, then email me with the edited base and I'll post it on my site with credit to you for editing, of course!
I'd love to see your edits so feel free to email them to me anytime.
Don't direct link to my bases, it's just not nice...
Because 1), you're stealing my bandwidth and 2), that means you're doing a form of redistribution (whether you know it or not) and that's against my policy. Sorry.
Note: If I have very much trouble with bases, then I'm going to just make them for myself and remove them for other's uses indefinetly. Thanks. Sorry, if that sounds mean but it's kind of hard not to when it concerns original artwork.
Also, if you have any questions concerning the rules that I didn't answer above, then please email me.
Terms and Conditions for Props
Note: Okay, here are the rules. If you are going to use my props, I ask that you please respect and follow all the rules below.
Please give me proper credit if you use my props.
That means, don't claim that the Prop is your own and please put a link to my site somewhere on your site. (I would prefer if you put it on the same page as the doll.)
It takes a lot of time and effort to make these things and I will not appreciate it at all if they were being claimed by someone else as "their own creation."
I ask that you DO NOT redistribute my props.
Don't put them up on your site, don't email them to anyone... you know the drill. If you absolutely must, I ask that you contact me first to ask, and we shall see what we can work out.
My Props may not be used in drag and drops/dollmakers unless you get my permission first. This is not likely to happen if I don't know you, however. But it is worth a shot. If you don't ask, you don't know.
I also ask that you don't alter my Props in any way, shape, or form.
Minor changes like recloring or adding flowers are allowed but, DO NOT take bits and pieces of it to make your own Props; claiming it as yours. Just don't do it!
Do not use my Props to make money. By this, I mean real money, hard cash, pesos, dollars, however you want to call it.
You may however, use my bases to make fake forum money such as Enchantments or Fireflies.
And if you do use my Props in your forum shops or for forum auctions don't sell the Props as is. It must be used as a prop (i.e. using it in the background with a doll), not on it's own. I don't know why anyone would do that, but in the case that they think they can, they can't... I'm sorry.
If you are in the business of making layouts and dolls for real money and really want to use my prop for something, email me about it and we'll see what we can work out.
Don't direct link to my Props, it's just not nice...
Because 1), you're stealing my bandwidth and 2), that means you're doing a form of redistribution (whether you know it or not) and that's against my policy. Sorry.
Note: If I have very much trouble with Props, then I'm going to just make them for myself and remove them for other's uses indefinetly. Thanks. Sorry, if that sounds mean but it's kind of hard not to do so when it concerns original artwork.
Also, if you have any questions concerning the rules that I didn't answer above, then please email me.
Terms and Conditions for Tutorials
In NO way, shape or form, are tutorials I'm offering on this site to be copied or edited by anyone but myself.
I do no expect the tutorials to be posted on anyone's site but my own or to be offered anywhere else on the web.
The tutorials are meant to guide you. The purpose of my tutorails are not for you to make the same exact thing that I have made. (i.e. If you use the bush tutorial, the purpose is not for you to make the same exact bush). It is not my desire for other people to create the same thing as me, but to help along the process as you, develop a style of your own. As well as, to put some insight in people's minds as to how I do certain types of art.
Images used in the tutorial are not to be used anywhere else. I painstakingly made those as I was making my art and writing the tutorial and I wouldn't appreciate it if anyone else used them.
The finished products that I have provided on each page as an example for the tutorial (i.e. the tree or bush, may be used as a prop for you dolls but you MUST follow the rules on my pixelart page. A link to that, is provided on each tutorial page it pertains to.
I thank you for taking the time to read my rules and I ask that you please follow them. All I really ask of is common courtesy. Thank you!
