Note: Okay, here are the rules. If you are going to use my props, I ask that you please respect and follow all the rules below.
Please give me proper credit if you use my props.
That means, don't claim that the Prop is your own and please put a link to my site somewhere on your site. (I would prefer if you put it on the same page as the doll.)
It takes a lot of time and effort to make these things and I will not appreciate it at all if they were being claimed by someone else as "their own creation."
I ask that you DO NOT redistribute my props.
Don't put them up on your site, don't email them to anyone... you know the drill. If you absolutely must, I ask that you contact me first to ask, and we shall see what we can work out.
My Props may not be used in drag and drops/dollmakers unless you get my permission first. This is not likely to happen if I don't know you, however. But it is worth a shot. If you don't ask, you don't know.
I also ask that you don't alter my Props in any way, shape, or form.
Minor changes like recloring or adding flowers are allowed but, DO NOT take bits and pieces of it to make your own Props; claiming it as yours. Just don't do it!
Do not use my Props to make money. By this, I mean real money, hard cash, pesos, dollars, however you want to call it.
You may however, use my bases to make fake forum money such as Enchantments or Fireflies.
And if you do use my Props in your forum shops or for forum auctions don't sell the Props as is. It must be used as a prop (i.e. using it in the background with a doll), not on it's own. I don't know why anyone would do that, but in the case that they think they can, they can't... I'm sorry.
If you are in the business of making layouts and dolls for real money and really want to use my prop for something, email me about it and we'll see what we can work out.
Don't direct link to my Props, it's just not nice...
Because 1), you're stealing my bandwidth and 2), that means you're doing a form of redistribution (whether you know it or not) and that's against my policy. Sorry.
Note: If I have very much trouble with Props, then I'm going to just make them for myself and remove them for other's uses indefinetly. Thanks. Sorry, if that sounds mean but it's kind of hard not to do so when it concerns original artwork.
Also, if you have any questions concerning the rules that I didn't answer above, then please email me.
